The author is Jerry Spinelli. This is one of Amber and Zann's favorite books. It's a fun, quick read.

This is a must read this Christmas. Everytime I read this story I laugh out loud and yet it also makes me cry. I have a copy if anyone needs it.

I enjoyed reading this short story very much. For some reason the book as well as the movie gives me a cold, dark feeling.
